Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Watts Mowing Ltd., you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our relationship and the provision of landscaping and lawn care services.

Service Agreement

  1. Watts Mowing Ltd. agrees to provide professional lawn care and landscaping services as outlined in the specific service agreement or quote provided to the client.
  2. Service schedules may vary based on weather conditions, seasonal requirements, and staff availability.
  3. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Terms

  1. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified in writing.
  2. Accepted payment methods include: credit card, e-transfer, and cheque.
  3. A late payment fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue accounts.
  4. Regular maintenance clients may set up recurring payment options.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Provide clear access to all service areas on scheduled service days.
  2. Inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features that may be damaged during normal service.
  3. Secure pets and remove obstacles from service areas prior to our arrival.
  4. Communicate any service concerns promptly to allow for timely resolution.

Property Access and Damage

  1. Client grants Watts Mowing Ltd. permission to access the property during reasonable hours to perform contracted services.
  2. While we exercise reasonable care, Watts Mowing Ltd. is not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage to property
    • Damage to unmarked irrigation systems or utilities
    • Normal wear on property consistent with professional landscaping activities
    • Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control

Service Cancellation

  1. Regular maintenance clients must provide 14 days’ written notice to cancel ongoing services.
  2. One-time service cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
  3. Watts Mowing Ltd. reserves the right to terminate services with notice for non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment of our service agreement.

Liability Limitations

Watts Mowing Ltd.’s liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages related to our services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved according to applicable British Columbia laws.

Amendments

Watts Mowing Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Current terms will be available upon request.
